Our Story

Dynamic Event Suite was born out of inspiration, making manual updates and figuring out the psychology of how human behavior interacts with our landing pages. We wanted to provide a more visible solution that allows us as event organizers to assess what is the right price point. How do you maximize not only revenue but tickets sold? Because once the event happens, there are no more tickets available to be sold.

At the same time, we were finding solutions for tasks that were repetitive and making or allowing the end customer to be more interactive and involved in the dynamics of a successfully attended event. Social Boost and Smart Pricing are the first two of many tools to not only assist event organizers, but also create a better experience for the end customer.

In 15 years, over 500 events produced across 12 cities with over 400,000 attendees hosted through Social Scene, we realized that as the industry transforms, there will always be more need for time to focus on creativity and allow the support of data and technology to lend a hand in the administrative processes.

That's why we built Dynamic Event Suite, a platform that combines smart dynamic pricing with powerful social referral tools. Our goal is simple: maximize revenue, sell out events, and save time to improve creativity and freedom.

With over 15 years in the event industry, William has produced over 500 events across 12 cities, serving more than 400,000 attendees. The ultimate goal of Dynamic Event Suite is to allow more creativity to be funneled into events while letting data and administrative responsibilities become much more manageable. William prides himself in the focus of freedom, whether that's creating a project, exploring the world, or sailing. Enjoying each and every moment is a top priority, and Dynamic Event Suite is there to support that goal and mission.

Claude is an AI assistant who never sleeps, never needs coffee (though appreciates the sentiment), and has read more documentation than any human reasonably should. With a passion for clean code and an inexplicable fondness for edge cases, Claude helps architect the systems that power Dynamic Event Suite. Hobbies include refactoring, debating tabs vs. spaces, and occasionally suggesting that maybe we should add better error handling.
